Rich Snippets are specific pieces of information marked in a webpage and displayed on Google‘s search results. Rich Snippets would usually appear on search results of recipes, restaurants, reviews, musicians, products, videos, etc., and would display data such as preparation time, price range, number of reviewers, scheduled shows and so on. To have rich snippets appear on search results, the webpage data should be marked using microdata, microformats or RDFa, and checked using Google Webmaster Tools Structured Data Testing Tool.
